For a wonderful welcome we prepare for you a small bottle of local drink with snacks and fruit! One of us will be there upon your arrival to inform you about everything about the apartment. Also during the day we are willing to help you with anything you need and are happy to recommend good restaurants and attractions to visit in Rethymno and Crete. From our guests we expect discriminating behavior respecting the quiet hours (14:30-17:30 and 23:00-8:00) and no parties. Please have good communication with the other residents of the building. Being in the centre of the city, the neighbourhood offers everything within very short distances. Large supermarket, grocery store, fishmonger, butcher, taverns, restaurants, cafes and bars within 100m-700m. The small market every Saturday with delicious, mainly organic, local products is located at 300 m. next to the central bus station. The sea is nearby also at 300 m. for swimming suitable for children. The area of the old castle is at 900 m for a romantic walk and direct access to the old town of Rethymno. The old town with its beautiful little shops is at 800 m and the main organized beach of the town is at 1.5 km which extends several kilometers beyond.

Our goal is to provide a pleasant and comfortable experience for our guests. We make all the rooms tastefully decorated and furnish them with good quality furniture and accessories. We make sure that our guests have access to all the consumables they needed, including coffee, tea, sugar, milk, and cooking ingredients. Our guests have always a fantastic time and feel like they are staying in a cosy accommodation with the comfort of a home.

All electrical appliances can be used by guests. The price of the stay includes the consumption costs such as heating, electricity, water, cleaning and local tax. We ask our guests to be careful with energy especially during the summer.
